Taco Time - McCammon

The food was good, though it was warm rather than hot. The service was average; the staff were friendly but seemed quite indifferent. We had to ask for our drinks, and our food took an incredibly long time—nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru. On a positive note, the float freeze was delicious and a fantastic way to enjoy a classic A&W float on the go.

We waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru line with only one car ahead of us and no customers inside, but our order was never taken. We arrived at 6:40 and left at 7:05, just before they closed at 7. Were they trying to ignore us until closing time? Fifteen minutes in, someone came on the speaker to say they'd be with us shortly, but no one came back for another 10 minutes. The car in front of us had just one person in it, and she still hadn’t received her order by the time we decided to leave. This 30-minute detour was a complete waste of time. We often drive through the area, but we won’t make that mistake again. If you're looking to save yourself a lot of time and frustration, just keep driving to Pocatello.

We should have paid attention to the 2.5-star review. We ordered the 4 tacos for $6.95 special, along with a large fry (which was more like a medium) and a crunchy burrito (more like a large taquito). Our total came to $15. It was absolutely terrible. These tacos were the most unappetizing I've ever encountered—watery, soggy, and simply disgusting. I couldn't even bring myself to eat them. What a waste of $15. Save your money and go somewhere else. Anywhere else!

It's definitely a popular restaurant in the area. My nachos was perfect. Everyone was super friendly.

They close before 8pm so I will never know what the food is like. Based off of the other reviews, I don't even think I want to find out. Luckily, there's a Subway next door which was pretty good.
