Chuckwagon Lava

Amazing food, big portions. We went there during our camping trip and we shared a country fried steak, and a scone. Amazing food and the scone was delicious. The service was excellent I would love to come here again when I'm in town

This was my first time there. We were seated quickly but it took 11 minutes for our server to welcome us then 10 minutes for us to get drinks. It took an hour and 3 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered. Asking about gluten free food seemed to irritate workers and seemed to be a hassle to them but they do have a few options. We were told it was due to shift change and they were a little slower on getting things together. We saw more workers wondering around talking then working. They put 6 of us on a 4 person bench so it was a little crowded to eat even though there was a bigger tables open. We ended up getting our food and only having a few minutes to eat due to being there for so long already. The food was good though. Portion sizes change from plate to plate though. We will probably not be returning. The waitress was kind and did what she could but without food there really wasn't much for her to assist us on. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

The firebird is amazing! Didn 't know what it would taste like based on the description.?? Also, portions are HUGE and price is very reasonable!

I came here two years ago and it was great, today not so much. We had a server that hardly came to us and I had to ask for a lot of things that should’ve been done by her. I would rather spend my money elsewhere.
