Bidrage med feedbackI used an app to place my order at this restaurant, but after I paid, I received a notification that my food was actually ready at a different location across the city. The staff were understanding of the situation and allowed me to eat at their restaurant, which was a huge help since I was on my lunch break and needed to get back to work soon. I greatly appreciate how they handled the issue—it really put my mind at ease. Plus, the food was delicious!
I walked in and was greeted by the staff who asked how they could assist me. I mentioned that I needed to use the bathroom first. After I finished, I found there were no paper towels to dry my hands. A woman who was cleaning the area noticed and informed me that there were no paper towels available. I let her know there were none so they could quickly restock the ladies' restroom. I asked for her name, and she introduced herself as Teresa. Overall, the service was excellent, and my meal was delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was well-organized. In comparison, the other Burger King at 6th and Main has never looked so clean and well-maintained!
