Small portion poor service terrible about price very disappointed to say the least

We arrived around 4PM. In time for happy hour. $2 daily fresh oyster from PEI. Nice house rose. We always order the Ahi Tuna wonton nachos. Tasty and discounted for happy hour. The wontons crisps were not light and crispy but heavy more like a cracker. We love this dish. We explained to our waitress that the wontons were not up to par. She went to the kitchen, there was a difference in the wontons that night. The dish was immediately taken off our bill. We love this restaurant and we will be back. A very creative menu. I ordered one of the daily specials. Mezzaluna pasta stuffed with smoked trout and a walnut and kale pesto. Very creative. Other diner had the Fish and chips which are always good. I can’t stop eating those fries.

Very disappointed in our meals. It was all about the preparation of the fish. Trout was bland. Salmon was overcooked (crispy and hard on top, chewy and dry). I didn’t say anything and probably should have as it was the worst I’ve had in all my years of eating salmon. Brussels sprouts (appetizer) were very good. House punch was tasty. Service and ambience..... no complaints.
