Hiro Sushi - Kings Beach

The grilled calamari was cooked perfectly, tender, and smoky, served with a sriracha mayo sauce. The sashimi was fresh and the tempura ice cream was delightful.

The food at Hiro Sushi was delicious! We had the sashimi sampler plate and bento boxes, along with some beer and hot sake. Everyone in our group really enjoyed their meals. The service was good and we didn't encounter any issues. The atmosphere reminded us of our favorite sushi spot back home. We will definitely return and strongly recommend Hiro Sushi!

We were pleasantly surprised as first-time visitors to this restaurant last night. The place is very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The sashimi dinner I ordered was plentiful and delicious. My wife had the Bento box with chicken teriyaki and tempura, with a generous portion that included a California roll. There is plenty of seating, although they no longer offer a Happy Hour. You won't be disappointed, Cheers!

My go to when on north Shore, reminds me of my days in Tokyo, service, quantity, hell there is a huge samurai on the wall.

My husband and I read every review before coming here..let me just say a few were way off! Prices are on point! Cheaper than what we would get back home in Sacramento! We had a large sake, 2 beers, 2 oyster shooters, fried oysters app, edamame, 2 smoked trout nigiri, and 3 rolls. Spent $106 Food (5 stars) Service was amazing (5 stars) Music (5 stars) Adding this to places to eat at again when we come back to Tahoe!
