The employees were friendly, but the chips (with a large queso) were stale, soft, and soggy.

As someone with dairy allergies, it is always a bit of a gamble to eat out. However, the server went above and beyond to make sure our food had as little cross-contamination as possible. I usually ask for new gloves to be used, since the gloves make contact with the shredded cheese multiple times. But in addition to getting new gloves, Royal proceeded to change out all of the serving utensils as well. Though I don't think this much involved step is actually necessary, I did appreciate the patient professionalism displayed by all of the workers.The food was good too. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. The veggies had a little bit too much oil for my taste. The rice could have used a little bit more salt, but that is easily added and imposible to remove. So, it's best to leave it under-salted and allow everyone to salt their rice as one pleases.Overall a good experience. We will plan on coming back!

Overall okay but the chicken in my bowl was quite literally completely

The food was fine, but this seemed like a really poorly managed location. We went a little after lunch (maybe 2 or 3pm) and they were out of half the meats and tortillas and a couple other items. It wasn't a weekend but it was during Christmas break, so perhaps they just got more business than expected? It was pretty crowded for a Friday afternoon. Either way, it was a little weird. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed, especially the guy filling the orders. He was really pretty rude to customers, especially the person in front of me. I'm guessing he was overwhelmed and frustrated by telling everyone that they were out of half the food options.The bathroom was not very clean or comfortable and the dining area wasn't clean either. Honestly, it just felt mismanaged.
