Papa Johns Pizza - Gaithersburg

Why does my pizza has no cheese and I never ordered thin dough but it was paper thin… i don’t understand.

Pizza is always good. Service is typically dependent on the person handing over. Except for 1-2 times it’s been pretty good. Food is always warm. Papa Johns generally is more expensive than dominos so for bigger parties I tend to go with dominos.

On Super Bowl Sunday, we went to pick up our two pizza order of Beef Green Pepper and Pepperoni with Mushroom with Garlic Parmesan Crust. The pizza was fresh out of the oven and tasted delicious. However, they couldn't guarantee that orders would be ready for pickup before the game and their estimate pickup time was off.

Frustrating, order by app at 6:20 pm, show up to pick up at 7:15 pm at 18568 Woodfield Rd Ste B, Gaithersburg, MD 20879and my order was not ready. The most frustrating thing is that when I arrived at the place everyone ignored me, no one asked what I needed, and when finally one of the employees took off his headphones and asked me what I needed, he went to check and the order was not ready, but no one had the kind enough to tell me, they just left me there waiting for another 20 minutes, when my order was FINALLY ready, they delivered it to me and they didn't even apologize for the delay, in total I had to wait more than 1 hour and 15 minutes for 2 pizzas.

Great taste, fast and friendly service. Love my papa Johns!
