Dunkin' - Gaithersburg

This place is very convenient to my workstation. the staff is very nice and friendly. the service is spectacular and fast, although they are often very busy. I have nothing negative to say about this place. I stop almost every day and never had anything other than a positive experience here.

I felt like a kid in a candy store! I absolutely loved the Halloween decorations. For the first time, they had my favorite drink, strawberry dragonfruit, and it was amazing. The staff were fantastic. Thank you for making my day before I headed to work!

I would like to thank the staff at this Dunkin for being so kind and helping a stressed out Mommy get her coffee, I would like to specially thank Carolina for her kindness patience and helpfulness when trying to place a order while I was carrying my baby and dealing with a little girl asking questions about everything and wanting to touch everything in her sight. and Valerie for helping me out on a different occasion when I had a place my online order to this location and I meant to place it somewhere else. She was so kind and understanding when I called for the order not to be made because of my mistake.

The experience was quite average—not outstanding, but not bad either. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and despite being busy, it didn't feel overcrowded. There was a misunderstanding with my order, but it was a minor mistake, so I didn't make a fuss about it. I did notice the staff promptly assisted a man whose drink had spilled, which was reassuring.

Prices aren't bad, donuts were fresh and their coffee saved my day. I recommend stopping if you're in the area
