Chipotle Mexican Grill - Front Royal

I noticed that my burrito bowl had less filling than what I typically receive at Chipotle, which made me feel like I wasn't getting my money's worth. Additionally, my guacamole was missing, even though it was listed on my receipt for the burrito bowl.

The rice was overly mushy and seemed to be overcooked in some parts, while other bites were undercooked and crunchy.

Every time I order a burrito, it's impossible to eat. It's always soaking wet and falls apart, even though it's double-wrapped and contains just rice, beans, and cheese. I won't be ordering from them again; this is the third time my burrito has arrived like this.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this restaurant in the past, but my last visit was so disappointing that I left before placing my order. There was a long line of customers waiting for just one overwhelmed employee to serve them from a limited selection of half-empty containers filled with brown guacamole and obviously stale proteins. Meanwhile, the kitchen was chaotic, with food scattered everywhere, sauce on the tables, and prep items left out, while two other staff members were just standing around doing nothing. The dining area was cluttered with napkins, trash, and unclean tables.
