Firehouse Subs Uptown Station

We were here on vacation. Gentlemen making our subs was very nice. Lady taking our order seemed put out and was very rude. My daughter and grandchildren were with me. She mentioned that she was a Firefighter Captain to which the lady just rolled her eyes. With all this, the man who made our subs did a wonderful job! They were really awesome. Even better than our Firehouse Subs back home.

Today was the most pleasant visit at this location! Coleen, Debra and Hailey performed excellently. They all had the best customer service, pleasant attitude and gracious service. We will be back because of them. We too are business owners and absolutely enjoy receiving service like this. Excellent job ladies!

Every sandwich these people made for me was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them—10/10!

Sub was okay. Would have been great but I asked for no mustard and no tomato and got both mustard and tomato on it. I'm pretty sure it was on the person taking my order. The ticket didnt specify no mustard or tomato. Lots of drink options. Friendly service. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the fact I got toppings I asked to not have. And she seemed new.

I was greeted as soon as I entered. My order was taken quickly and the sub delivered promptly. The Cajun chicken sub was excellent, I would have liked summer more jalapenos though
