Papis Cafe Grill - Fort Walton Beach

The dining experience was simply outstanding. This hidden gem of a restaurant exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for an authentic taste of Puerto Rico, this is the place to be! If I lived nearby, I would definitely make it a regular stop. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Every time we come here, it's an amazing experience.The establishment always has clean, and fast service. The food is prepared fresh, and it shows through its taste. It's a calm environment, with very competent and sensible waiters.May be the best spot to get authentic Puerto Rican food here in the panhandle for sure! Definitely give them a try.Get to experience a tiny bit of proper Puerto Rican cuisine

Amazing food, great staff and beautiful space. This is what this area was missing ! We moved out of FBW right before this opened and we came back for vacation and had to try it out. Wow it was amazing and wish it was here when we were living here !

We were visiting my son, and looking for a place to eat lunch. I found Papi's on Yelp. It had great ratings so we decided to visit. There were three of us. My husband and I split a plate and my son got his own. I ordered the pork carnitas with fried plaintains, beans and white rice, and it was plenty for us to share. My son ordered the chicken, white rice and salad. He said it was delicious. The service was great, the food was amazing, the portion sizes were perfect, and they have a nice outside seating area. My only suggestion is that they need more parking. It's great being popular!!

The meal was excellent overall. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked to perfection. The chicken was slightly tough, but it's always better to err on the side of caution when it comes to cooking. The shrimp were nearly perfect, and the beans were absolutely incredible—definitely the best I've ever had! The rice was cooked wonderfully, lightly seasoned, possibly just with butter, but it was delicious nonetheless.
