Chicken Express - Forney

This is not the first time I buy chicken from this company, so I know what?fresh? Chicken looks especially when it is hot and fresh. So yesterday I went at 8:18, Dine in was closed, so I put my order on drive thru. I was the only car? The employees told me they didn't have enough chicken for my order, I wanted the 12-Pc chicken and told me it takes 25 minutes. I agreed and they'll let me wait more than 18 minutes? the chicken she gave me was not fresh, it was almost dry and was not even hot. I thought maybe 3 or 4 pieces were fresh, but my hole job was the same. What's going on?

The first time here got a number 30 regularly with Mac and Cheese, Fritten and Mini-Poppers. The chicken was cooked, but the dough was dirty and not stick. The Mac and the cheese were blown and cooked. The frits were absolutely delicious The poppers were good, but more than half of them had almost reconciled Cheddar, which made them terrible. The rolls were good, the engraving was without taste or consistency, it was basically water with a hint of white color. We put it out and feed the chicken to the dogs and decided to take place taco bell, which was very busy, but no complaints with the food compared. WOULD NOT RECOMMENDS everyone. The food was sub par if you are best Western behind them do yourself a favor and do one of the other options you will thank yourself. The service was fine, the gentelman who took our order seemed definitely to have an attitude, and made an effort to appear uninterested and spoke without intention or volume and mumbled the entire interaction. Hopefully this is not what the franchise customer regularly gives, but what we have experienced, we have all decided that it was the first and is the last time that we will eat here or one of the other stores. Hopefully this will help someone in the future to avoid our fate from this restorer.

No one recognized me when I was in front of the counter. I called Hello and a girl asked another person to help me. Certain lack of customer service. There was a young man like he was responsible. The floors were dirty. I would just recommend picking up and leaving your food

They never came back to the window to take my order after they asked me to keep short. I gave them four minutes, then I drove away. The only time I had a decent experience here was when I picked up an online order. Just order online all. Hoping to get a fresh live order is impossible here.

The food was very good and fresh, but man have the prices went up.! I didn?t think a snack pack would almost eat up a 10 dollar bill without the drink. ? Still great place to dine!
