Subway - Easton

I have nothing to complain about after my visit to this restaurant. The food was well-prepared and kept in a clean environment, with fresh ingredients. The staff was friendly and pleasant. My sandwich looked like something out of a magazine. This is a great spot to grab a quick bite to eat.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible, with the staff being extremely rude. Not only did they overcharge me, but they also refused to correct the mistake. I would strongly advise against ordering from them if you want to avoid being swindled out of your money.

We typically visit this restaurant on Saturdays for sandwiches. However, they have been closed for over a week now without any signs on the door informing customers.

I never complain as I know sometimes things do happen. But was less than satisfied by lack of attempt to correct a problem. This was the 1st time I've ever had an issue.

Food didn’t taste fresh, they charge more than they should, refuse to let you use subways rewards and they automatically add a tip. Scandalous people.
