La Kang Thai French Cuisine - Easton

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food was excellent, and I consider myself to be very selective when it comes to trying different cuisines. The Mussaman curry, pad see ew, and pad Thai were all delicious. This is definitely the best Thai food in the Lehigh Valley, and I would even say it compares to some of my favorite spots in NYC. My waiter, Ethan, was extremely polite and had a great attitude. I left beyond satisfied with my experience.

My wife and I finally were able to have a date night and we picked La Kang. So glad we did. The food was insanely delicious and very reasonable. Excellent atmosphere for a date as well. I didn’t realize they are byob so next time we can sneak away for a date night I will def bring a bottle with us. We will be coming back!

Best service we have ever had there. We have probably been about 6 times and the latest was fantastic service. The food is always a delight, but the service was exceptional last time.

They hired out the waiting staff and the part timers are not as professional. They don't know how to provide even average service in a restaurant. The original waiting staff were great and they work in the kitchen. Gave me the wrong order. I called and the girl kept telling me to come back. Its a 15 minute drive and I asked for refund and was told no, I HAVE to come back. They started charging a 3 dollar fee for credit card purchases. This is illegal in other places like NJ and NY. I'm going to stop going here.
