Top Cut - Upper Saucon

Great overall dining experience hereHad an early reservation on a Friday night with family, including our 9 month old baby.

I have to start off by saying it is very clean establishment The appearance from outside with the glass elevator takes it over the top.

Wings was raw and ****, ribs was all fat and service was terrible.

We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved us at a tall bar table in between a service station and the kitchen door. After asking someone other than the hostess were moved to a regular table. The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. Service took forever, orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it was pounded with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were incredible.

The ribs were not done enough in our opinion. Weren't fall off the bone quality. Flavor is good, just not cooked like I like.
