Golden Krust Caribbean - Douglasville

I usually order the rice peas, plantains, cabbage, patties, and the Mac and cheese that are very good all the time! This time I decided to take a jump and try the Tufu Curry Vegtables... and let me tell you that food was HITTING! It was made fresh and when I came home, it was still hot. The portions are very generous! So Delicious 10/10 would come back!

I ate here for a while, but today was my last day! I'll move somewhere else! Too many inconsistencies!

Great food, Fav Carribean Stop. Always eat at the point. For some reason the last visit (working day) was not too pleasant. Since I couldn't speak, the female server was not pleasant at all. She seemed frustrated with the preparation of my food. I can see how she treated my two orders until they said you can't talk so sarcastically. Very impatient. There were 2 portions at the time, 1 was thinner more pleasant. The other was s/w unpleasant heavier in size. I had a considerable tip for them, but after this experience I kept them. All other servers were always nice. I pray she has no future children or family members who are brave. I'll miss her next visit. If she's the only portion, I'll go. I gave up this place years ago and recently decided to give them another shot. The Ruck Chicken was a big disappointment- no taste at all and the Curry goat was so salty I must dilute it with water. How long have they survived with the same cook? This is not supposed to be Jamaican food, and I hope the owner wakes up before it's too late.

On 2 separate occasions I visited Golden Krust in Douglasville and the customer service was to be compared to the service of most McDonalds (we know how that is). Even though their food is pretty good, I don 't have the best impression of this establishment. On the first time visiting I was placing an order over the phone and the worker who took my order was very rude. I brushed that experience off, but then I went there today and the workers were being very loud and 'ratchet ' behind the counter. Why in the world would you want customers observing this type of behavior while they are preparing your food? It was definitely not a professional look. If they care about their image, the management there would give their workers better customer service training or hire people with better service and behavioral skills to represent their company.
