Firehouse Subs - Douglasville

Don't understand how someone who comes in way behind me, places a footling sandwich order (Mine was a Hook and Ladder their signature sandwich!!! and they get theirs before me??? Really!!!

There sandwiches are always good. My favorite is the steak and cheese. They have great customer service.

These sort of places aggravate me. You pay your bill and they want you to round your bill up To Save lives . Basically, you give this money to a business who gives this money and gets the tax right off and you get a higher bill.

My food was stringy and horrible, it looks like they served me bad food and when I talked to the manager she said the food is pre cooked but why is it fatty, stringy and weird lookin! Not worth it, horrible. Ruined my appetite

Here's a clue.Prepare subs the way the customer asks.....especially if they included a tip.I ordered a large Hero with extra onions and extra mayo.....received neither on the sub. If a customer is gonna go outta their way to leave an extra tip.....then put the extra toppings on......EPIC FAIL
