Cold Stone Creamery - Douglasville

I paid 9 dollars for a large recesse icecream. I asked for extra recesse!! I barley got any!

The ice cream was great but the waffle cone was stale and it was paper thin. The ice cream was melting through the cone before we could get out the door to leave.

Don't give 5 stars often but have no complaints.....Very busy, line at the door but moved fast and workers efficient, didn't skimp on portions. $15 for 2 waffle cones medium size. Totally Smashed, can you tell!!!! Lol Only thing.... I wish they had outside sitting.

If I could give this establishment a 0, I would, but that’s not possible, so I give them a 1. I asked for Oreos and she put in 4 brownies. Despicable. SMH. Then she proceeded to check me out like nothing was wrong. It was mid tbh. *rolls eyes causally*

0 communication with the staff they honestly looked lost and overwhelmed. Not a pair of gloves in sight didnt see them wash their hands after handling money no sense of urgency what so ever.
