Bidrage med feedbackThe Gaithersburg location was very clean, staff friendly. This was my first ie and I ordered the Chicken Protein Bowl as indicated on the menu. Love the tart and savory flavors. Priced right. You get a lot for the money no skimping. Highly recommend!
Went to this location for the first time this evening with my husband. Worst experience I?ve EVER had. Ordered two chicken and steak bowls. Everything looked so appetizing and the staff was quite friendly in the beginning. As I start to eat I realized the chicken was RAW!!! I immediately spit it out and brought it to the attention of the staff, one girl just apologized and carried on about her business so along came the ?manager? Camila. She didn?t even apologize she didn?tcheck the bowls she did absolutely nothing! Not even offered a refund. I was furious, so I walked out. Came back after I called them and asked to speak to the manager. I was told by an employee she was too busy to come to the phone. Andmind you I called while I?m sitting in my car in front of the restaurant with not a soul in the restaurant!! Unbelievable. So she finally got on the phone and said to come back if I want another bowl. I walked in and told her I would prefera refund. She told me she didn?t know how to do that. How are you a manager and you know nothing about your position? No customer service what so ever. She told me she could ONLY refund ONE bowl because she didn?t see two. After I handedher my original receipt. I mentioned to her that the coke was out as well and the soda was sitting on the table. She refused to refund that as well and told me to pick another soda. I?m not sure if she was just ?acting? like a manager orshe just doesn?t know what the role of being a manager in a restaurant is. So rude and just horrible customer service. I will not be returning to this location ever again. And I really hope to all who reads the reviews on this place thinkstwice before stepping in that place. Absolutely DISGUSTED!!! Do better Qdoba! Hire better employees who will make your company stand out and be great!
The food is pretty good, can't lie about that. The service it's legit bad. The sad part is you have a mix of hard working people there mixed with people who don't care and/or don't know better. Everytime I've been I have gotten my food but the staff has been so unenthusiastic that they're hard to understand (and not from a language barrier, more like they're just not even speaking loud enough like talking to a person) . Tonight there was an issue wit my card and I wasabout to exit the door when my wife told me they had evidently waved her down to let her know after I thought we paid. So decent food with bad service and this is your spot. If the owner is reading this your franchises servicetechnically is serving the right food and we can tell you're hiring whoever shows up. Advice if you have the ability to find somewhere better I'd go there.
Tasty, not a lot of steak in the quesadilla. the chips and queso were freshly fried and delicious
Ordered steak quesadillas and there where maybe 10 tiny pieces of steak in each order. Not worth it at all
