Dairy Queen - Beaufort

Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday, received an email confirmation. Tried to call several times the day off but no one ever answered. When I got there they did not have her cake or even her order. The manager blamed it on everyone else.Disappointing.

Great customer service! I was craving the old school dairy queen cupcakes, I called the owner said it was seasonal, but if I came in they would make one for me! They did EXACTLY THAT! They brought some light into my horrible day! thank you. thank you,thank you.

Spirit night for Bridges was hosted here tonight, and it was clearly WAY busier than the DQ staff were prepared for. Despite very long wait times, and orders getting messed up with all the chaos, the manager and staff remained professional and the foodwas still as expected.

Whenever I have an ice cream craving, I always go to DQ. I got the Caramel Cheesecake Blizzard and it was literally amazing. My husband got the Turtle Pecan Blizzard and I swear he ate it in the blink of an eye. The staff and management are amazing andwill jump to solve any problem you have. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Ordered a Blizzard cake for my birthday. Turning 23. I requested a cat face on the top. I said it didn't have to be good, they said they would do their best. They did the most! Shout out to Miss Dee!
