Literally my favorite spot to go when in Allentown!! Cannot get enough of their Pork and white rice with beans over top, or my fiance's favorite the Baked chicken and yellow rice! Always impressed, and we are weekly customers!!! Also if there were any issues, their customer service is also excellent, you can really tell the business owner has pride in his location!

My fav location for Latin American food. Service is always awesome even when they have a full house. The service was friendly and sociable. It has a cool interior.

My husband I ate dinner here absolutely loved It! We had a young man wait on us the service was great! Not to mention the food was amazing!

I had a great experience at the Castillo Delcaribe. I enjoyed the pork mofongo which was delicious and moist. The roasted ribs fell of the bone and very yummy. The place was very clean and it smelled amazing. I highly recommend this establishment.
