Verum Franco - Zapopan

Nice atmosphere! Delicious food! Lovely terrace upstairs... Good for dates. Downstairs area good for family, and bigger company. Open on Sundays! Good wine list. Great service!

I always review the lasagna in any Italian restaurant I visit, worldwide. The Verum Franco lasagna is very flavourful but is too soft. 5 out of 10.

Once more I tried to see if there is an Italian restraurant abroad that can even closely match average Italian quality food, and once more I left the place in almost bitter disappointment. It may be the altitude of Mexico, which affects the temperatura at which water boils and this, in turn, affects the quality of the pasta (which can just NOT be al dente ; it may be the basic ingredients thata just do NOT taste the same abroad: or it may simply be the chef who has never been to Italy and can 't even imagine the difference. The fact is that the food served here, which may even be good-tasting, has nothing to do with Italian recipes.

Nos habian hecho una muy buena recomendacion del lugar.Encontramos un ambiente agradable, pero muy encerrado, aun en la parte superior, lo unico que tienes de vista son paredes.La comida razonable en sabor, sin llegar a ser exquisita.Buen servicio,En la carta solo tienen pastas y entradas...los platillos principales no estan alli, con el argumento de que diario se surten de lo que encuentran hacen el menu, hay que pedirlo a meseras y no viene el precio en ningun lado, habra que preguntar !La cuenta salio en un precio razonable, con una bebida (dos sangrias y una limonada) una entrada para compartir, , dos platos del dia????, una pasta y dos cafes y un postre, pagamos cerca de 700 pesos
