I was in Markham for a work meeting, and La Prep was highly recommended by my colleagues. After visiting, I can see why.

This cafeteria-style restaurant is great for a quick and tasty soup and sandwich. The food quality is very good and worth the price, which usually ranges from $10 to $15.

This café is located in the building complex where my office is. Staff are polite and quick to react, and the price is not bad, but the options are sometimes limited to either salad, panini or pasta. However, they offer small combos (duo... or trio salads) where you can choose three things and put them together in a container. Helpful if you don't just want to eat one.
