The table was filthy, the food was poorly cooked and not fresh, the dishes were overcooked, and the restroom lacked basic hygiene. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

My experience at this Allstar Wings and Ribs location was disappointing for several reasons. The service was subpar, with uninterested and seemingly lazy staff. When I asked about the Burgernacht special pricing, the waitress was unable to provide any clear information. Our food took too long to arrive, and when it did, it was average at best. The waitress was slow to provide our bills and did not refill our drinks. While the wings were decent, they were not worth the high price. My Burger Night discount was minimal, further adding to my dissatisfaction. I gave the restaurant a low rating due to the poor service, and will not be returning in the future.

I would not recommend going to a restaurant/bar of this low caliber. I have never experienced a restaurant manager picking up my burger from my plate and asking me to wait while they retrieve my fries from the kitchen. The waitress made errors with our orders and the manager, who introduced herself as Mary and claimed to have been working there as a manager for 9 years, did not provide satisfactory service. Overall, I do not recommend this establishment.

They are among servants, it took to sit forever and then we waited for half an hour to serve. then we waited 20 minutes for our warm drinks. my man eats no meat and ordered a portabello mushroom. burger, who did not mention any rindburger at all when he got it, said the staff, it does nothing we can do, only take out the rindburger. my chicken burger was under cooked and cold, and then we waited half an hour for the bill after we asked. would definitely not recommend this place.

From the moment we stepped into the door I was skeptical. They were understaffed and it took forever for someone to even notice we were waiting to be seated (there were empty tables/booths available . By the time someone got around to seating us, there were...3 additional groups waiting behind us. (The booth we got wasn't even clean. We waited and waited to place our order, wings came out relatively quickly, but no napkins, utensils, or plates. Nothing. Just threw the basket on the table and walked away. The wings themselves were decent (Honey BBQ but the Loaded Fries were terrible. They were drowning in gravy, so much that we couldn't even see the fries individual (big brown blob . By the time the plates we asked for arrived, we only had 2 wings left and the plates were dirty. I will definitely NOT return, not recommend it, and if you do decide to go, be prepared to WAIT for crappy service.
