Vince’s Pizza - Yardley

Had the worst experience tonight with this restaurant. I ordered for delivery at 5:20 and it say it would be delivered by 5:50-6:10. At 6:10 it didn't arrive and I called at 6:15. They said it was on the way and should be there in a few minutes. Called again at 6:40 and they said it was on way. Called at 7:00 to cancel and they said it was delivered to the wrong address. Will never go there again. They blamed the delivery guy....

It's mediocre pizza and food. I used to come here a lot but there's now a man in the parking lot chuck, who is so rude I won't even go into that shopping center. I am multiple months (visibly) pregnant and parked my car to run in and run out one night. He took pictures of me, my license plate/car and called me a **** multiple times. I felt so threatened especially there without my husband by this man yelling profanities at me. I'm not ever going back to any of the business in there. Honestly there is better pizza with more adorable prices now in the area. This was one of my favorite places but the lack of care for the customers and food has gone down hill.

Recently purchased a medium Sise veggies pizza for take out. I was charged about $23+. it was a total shock since I usually buy pizza at Mannino in Morrisville. Large pizze costs about $13. at Vince they added 3% fir us8ng credit card which no one seems to automatically adds. Additionally it charged several dollars fir few pieces of onion, bell peppers. overall, the staff was curt, uncommunicative , as if did not care. Of course I have better options in Yardley and there will never visit Vince Pizza both for reasons of exorbitant price but also poor manners of the staff. Greesh

Raised their prices during COVID and never brought them down..$12 for a cheesesteak..$20+ for a pizza..$22 for a salad with grilled chicken..shocking

Asked them to put on the Eagles game (fox), they said they couldn't find it and left me to watch phineas and ferb instead. And very light on the sausage topping. And a 3.5% charge on the bill for using a card. Won't be back.
