Wendy's - Yankton

A cheeseburger ordered to go through. it was 11:00 o'clock. I have my lunch fast. I went on the road and discovered that my burger was cold, not even near hot. I came back and got my money back. I'm never going to cry again.

Our visit at this drive thru took 30 minutes this evening even though 3 cars in front of us got mad about waiting and left. I do not recommend eating here. Seems to me most of the other reviews on this website are poor and complaining about the slowness. Perhaps they need more staff or a better manager. They have lost our business we wont be back.

Changing our rating to 1 star. Went in Sunday afternoon and stood while no one bothered to help or ask if we would like to order. They were not busy either. As we stood there, the shift manager or who appeared to be the person in charge leaned on the counter and proceeded to talk to a man husband or boyfriend) and complain about the staff. We left.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. wanted a spicy chicken sandwich with only lettuce. they repeated back only lettuce? I said yeah. I got a chicken sandwich that WASN 'T SPICY with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and pickle not to mention how rude the employees are. please choose a different restaurant to go to, Yankton Wendy 's isn 't worth it.

They don’t seem to understand the difference between a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger with pickles, ketchup, etc. I even asked the manager if the cooks know the difference, and he confirmed they do, but they still gave me a cheeseburger instead of a JBC. Thanks for the youthful enthusiasm!
