Bidrage med feedbackThis special restaurant is slow like dirt. Maybe I started her when they had workers on the first day. 20 minutes in the car thru... But the chicken bugs were good.
After I couldn't get chili at the Hwy 92 (8225) store, I drove to Hwy 5 (9389). I'll put my license with a cashier named Ida. When I paid, she gave no greeting and even gave me a thank you for my order. Drove in the window to get my order... Attitude was a little better, but still waiting for a thank-you... or coming back. When I came home, I found that the burger was incomplete and not as I had ordered. Without other customers and two ladies work the order window It seems that a single burger and two small chilis should be easy. Even if Ida had a bad day, a thank you is always appropriate. We have recently visited in-N-Out-Burger and they have pat it down...Friendly, friendly, thank you and we are happy to help you.... Is there a reason why Wendy 's cannot get this level of customer service? We like the products, but expect some appreciation for our patronage.
The food here always seems freshly made. I like that about this location. The staff isn't as friendly as the staff at the prominence point location but the food is always fresh here.
When my burger arrived, it was just the burger—no drink or fries. I inquired about my combo, and she responded as if she didn’t understand, saying, "I thought you said you didn't want a combo." Yes, those were indeed her exact words. When I asked if I had paid for a combo, she admitted that I had. I reminded her about her earlier comment about needing 10-15 minutes to process a refund for her mistake, to which she shrugged and walked away to retrieve my missing fries and drink. As if the poor service wasn’t bad enough, the burger itself was one of the most disappointing I've ever had, even worse than McDonald's, which I consider the lowest of the low. There was just a tiny dab of ketchup, a pickle, and a few strands of shredded lettuce. Honestly, “tasteless” is the best way to describe it; it felt like a heavy blob in my stomach for hours. The only positive aspect of this dreadful experience was the Frosty; thankfully, that was enjoyable and nothing could go wrong with it. I was really let down by Wendy's and won't be returning. Burger King and Checkers will now get my business.
I visited this restaurant a couple of times during the week at 7:00 a.m. after buying food from the place next door. I often come here for my son because there's no hassle with ordering. The food and service are great, but it's frustrating that I'm always reminded to pay at the first window without being given a total. I prefer a quicker way to handle my payment.
