I'm not often this place, but after my last experience I'll never be back. When I arrived to pick up my order, ordered by the app, I gave the girl my name and she said I was not ready (the pickup portal had been broken over a year). Then she told me how I disturbed her, the time she should be ready since I chose the time, I didn't do it was set by the app. After waiting for more than 20 minutes and listening to staff, you will see how people who came after me will place their orders and then leave with their food I was excited. I asked for a refund and was told that they can't refund my money because it was an online order, this is a lie because they have refunded my money. I've heard they say that to another customer. The last straw for me was when I explained to one of the employees the situation and my waiting for more than 10 minutes, at this point I did not realize that I had waited 20 minutes, he reacted oh wow left 10 minutes now. I usually don't complain and I worked for another chain through college, so I know that Fridays are particularly busy and will give grace, but I expect a good customer service.
Let's go. I didn't know you were doing your supplies through Turkish. Secondly, if your company is not the one that supplies my food, why I have a delivery fee, service fee and I still have to type the driver who does not work for your company. When I got my pizza, they were on their head, so all the punches were on the lid. By far one of the worst places I ordered.
I visited the restaurant at 4 PM and was disappointed to find no hot pizzas or Crazy Bread available. Additionally, I noticed some bugs on the floor, which was concerning. The health inspection certificate I saw indicated a score of 83, and that speaks for itself.
This is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I tried three times, but I will never go back again. The first visit was a disaster; I waited for hours for simple orders, and instead of offering a discount or a complimentary item for the inconvenience, the staff had an attitude when I asked for a refund because I couldn't wait any longer. The second time, my order was incorrect, and I had to jump through numerous hoops just to get it fixed since they don't answer their phone. On my third attempt, my order was accidentally placed through the app, and they conveniently ignored my calls to cancel it. I reached out to customer service for a refund, and they promised I would receive it in a few months. Eventually, I was told that the district manager wouldn't issue a refund because the food had already been made. It's completely unacceptable. This Little Caesars location is the worst. I might consider contacting corporate, as they are tarnishing the brand's reputation.
