The staff is great and helpful! Good customer service and excellent food! I'm out of town and today was my first attempt at this sandwich shop. I have the lightning and the wonderful tomato soup because it is more to fall than pumpkin spices and I agree! Next time I will come back to the city and look forward to seeing the different seasonal options! The interior is also well kept and clean.

Got the neuron because I'm pregnant and can't have cold meat sandwiches. I asked the cashier to make sure there was meat on my sandwich as last time there was hardly any. Cashier tells coworker about my sandwich request. Go back to work and this is what I get. Upsetting. Glad I got the meal so growing baby and I have soup to eat besides sandwich. Neuron meal is more expensive than other meals besides so it would be nice to get se actual brisket on the sandwich and not just sauce and macorni.

The food was tasty, but compared to the picture at the menu our sandwich looks like it was run over by a car!
