Lakeview Drive Inn - Winona

I had root beer fresh from the brewery in St. Arnold's in my hometown Houston, TX; I thought it was the superior root beer, but Lakeview Drive Inn wins hands down. The food was hot and fresh, service was friendly, and the tables were clean. I am very happy that they also have vegetarian options! That was a good choice for our date.

This is my favorite place to eat in Winona during the summer time. Your food is so good! You have so many different options to choose, some of my personal favorites are their walnut castles and ice creations.

We were there right before noon on a rainy Monday and a friendly person welcomed us by the car. She was waiting to tell us about the menu and about everything we wanted to know about Winona. All we ordered was a frosty cup of rootbeer, but it was so refreshing and nothing like what you would get in a grocery store. Rootbeer Float is what I will get through this area next time.

Great food, fun place where they bring your food to your car, like old drive inns also have beautiful outdoor seating!
