This place has really declined. It's hit or miss when it comes to the food. I don't want to criticize them too harshly, but they really need to improve. I noticed that the staff at the drive-thru seems unhappy. The burgers were lacking toppings; my rodeo burger had just a tiny onion ring and barely any BBQ sauce. Additionally, the drive-thru was unexpectedly closed at times—was it a smoke break?

We went back to the counter to address the mistake and waited an additional ten minutes before they finally corrected our order. I took a bite of my chicken sandwich, only to realize I had bitten down on something hard—my tooth! It was my first time in America, and I expected fast food to be great, but I left feeling very dissatisfied.
