Mama Mia Pizza Italian - Wilson

Great food, huge portions, incredibly friendly staff. Don't waste your time at Olive Garden Mama Mia's has them beat 10 to 1.

We have been to Mama Mia's twice, and the pizza is the best!! We have lived in several states and this is truly the best pizza I've ever eaten. Hands down!! The pepperoni topping is awesome! I was surprised to find out that there aren't any pork ingredients on the pizza. I thought it was a great value for the price paid. I had a salad on my last visit, and I thought it was all right. The veggies were crisp, buy it lacked in tomatoes. We will keep going there for our pizza nights : :

Sublime Pizza Crust. Mama Mia's is a typical pizzeria serving up pies, calzones, gyros, and pasta dishes.<br/ <br/ What I highly recommend on the menu is ordering a pizza. The crust for their pies is lightly sweet, soft, crunchy, and chewy. You may be able to watch your pizza being hand-tossed while dining in, depending on where you are seated.<br/ <br/ Tasty items on the appetizer menu are the garlic knots and fried mozzarella. Sandwiches that we routinely enjoy are the cheesesteaks and parmesans (chicken, eggplant). I love gyros and the beef is standard meat, but dressed up nicely with tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and a soft pita. The gyro hits the spot for a gyro need.<br/ <br/ The French fries are crispy, always cooked properly, and are gobbled up quickly.<br/ <br/ The lasagna is tasty, as well as some of the other pasta dishes. Keep in mind that the forte at Mama Mia's are the pizza and sandwiches. If you want real Italian dishes like lasagna or various pastas, go to a place that specializes so you won't be disappointed.<br/ <br/ The servers are friendly, and the owners are always about. It can be very busy during lunch and dinner.

Simply amazing!. Mama Mias has fast become one of my favorite places in Wilson to eat! Everything I have ever tried has been great, and the service is always good, and I love the family atmosphere! Its nice to eat somewhere where they remember your name and always have the time to personally make sure everything is to your liking!

The food was good, the waitress was nice, but the restaurant itself was clean and empty except staff. We arrived, the hostess sat on a table on her phone, was also waitress, the waitress was right to work the hostess, sat back when we were marred, two other employees were sitting in a conversation and looked at their phones loudly, where my husband and I were not talking to each other, without everyone hearing us. Next time we get to go because as I said, the food is good.
