Buffalo Wild Wings - Wilson

Okay my complaint is that we were going for a birthday party well we seated to wait to get a waitress for about 15min ,Kristina passed by saying she be back to us ,well a other family came in and got seated and Kristina took the drinks and left us just there. She really need to work in her work ethic and not go by color of people. Everyone should be treated the same.

We ate here today and it was pretty empty since we got there a little after opening. Our server disappeared for a long time and the entrees came out a long time after by someone else. We then asked where the appetizer we ordered was since our food was now at the table and the lady brought it out a little while after. I understand things get busy and short staffed but not even an apology on this. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and asked for mac and cheese instead of fries to which the waiter said sure. We then get the bill and I'm charged for the meal plus a full side of Mac and cheese, I assumed it would have just been an up charge in the side since I switched it. Nope! I asked the waiter and he said no it's charged as a meal and then a full Mac and cheese side. I was confused that I was charged a full meal(didn't get the fries that it's supposed to include) plus charged for an extra side of Mac and cheese. He said that's the way it is. Ok fine but then you should at least tell me when I'm ordering that even though I asked for mac and cheese INSTEAD of fries I would be charged for the mac and cheese at full price plus pay for fries that you don't even give. Horrible customer service

I always come here when I come to Wilson! The bartenders and servers are amazing. Even when it's busy, it's great service! And if you need help deciding a sauce for your wings, you won't be let down by the recommended sauce. Amber was awesome! She knows the perfect balance of when to check on ya and not over do it like some places I've been!

Slow. It was not even that busy! My husband ordered a mix drink. After waiting about 20 minutes and tables around us receiving their drinks my husband walks to the bar and finds his drink sitting there, the bartender said it had been sitting for about 10 minutes. Of course by then it was watered down. We had 4 people at our table. Our 2 kids and I received our food and my husbands didn’t come until we were pretty much done eating. Our appetizer came in the middle of us eating our main food..

The bartender was still serving alcohol to people that were staggering drunk. Our trainee waitress did a better job that our actual waitress..who we never saw.had to beg someone to bring us take out boxes and at least 10 waiters walked by us knowing we needed help and never offered to help us. Food is always great here but the service was terrible tonight
