Giancarlo's - Williamsville

I encountered an issue when making my reservation; the girl who took my call didn’t ask about any “special occasion” or if I had a “favorite server.” However, when I called back to confirm, the main host graciously corrected everything for me. Our table was wonderfully cozy, and our server was fantastic—knowledgeable about both the wine and food, and providing excellent customer service. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, exactly how we requested: one rare and one medium rare. I also asked our server to surprise my wife with a dessert, and the pastry chef did an incredible job with the decoration. Our one-year anniversary celebration at Giancarlo’s was truly amazing. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this place.

However, after about 20 more minutes, I did start to realize that our food was taking longer than anticipated. Just then, our server delivered our meals. I didn't feel the need to complain or voice any dissatisfaction, but before I could say anything, our server apologized again and informed us that our entire bill had been covered. I was genuinely taken aback and thoroughly impressed. I'm not one to complain in such situations; we understood that it was a particularly busy night. It was clear that the management values their customers and upholds a high standard of service. Now, that’s how you treat your guests! The food itself was absolutely amazing, contributing to a wonderful evening overall. The fact that they voluntarily comped our meal, despite my lack of complaints, makes me eager to return and spend more money there. I am incredibly grateful and deeply impressed by the staff and management. I wholeheartedly recommend Giancarlo's. Thank you so much for a memorable experience!

We started our girls weekend by having lunch on the patio which was delightful. The food was amazing and our server was terrific ! We had cocktails and shared different appetizers and entrees which were all so good we couldn't decide which was the best although living in va I can't stop thinking about the pizza) . My friends have all been back for more great meals. I am so looking forward to coming here again next time I'm in the area -or better yet -open another restaurant in DC area !!

One of the best places to eat in Buffalo. The food is always amazing, the atmosphere is great, and the staff is so wonderful. The Mother's Day brunch is by far the best in town for what you get. Love going here!

The ambiance is incredible, and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive. They have a fantastic wine selection, and the food is superb—easily the best steak in the city, cooked to perfection. The band, RNSM, was amazing. Everyone had a great time!
