Roaming Bison Tavern - Buffalo

The barbecue here is one of the best I've had in Buffalo, the drinks are great and staff is friendly, the sides I would say are the only thing that need tweaking like adding some honey to the corn cake or some garlic to the Mac n cheese but overall definitely want to come back and would recommend.

This is the second meal I have had here. The first was the BBQ platter it was amazing. This was cat fish done chefs choice. Exceptional! Perfect meal to end a very trying week!! 10 out of 10 would recommend. Check them out you won't be disappointed..

We had an amazing meal at the Roaming Bison that we will not soon forget! Since we are huge fans of BBQ we didn?t want to get our expectations too high, but their food blew us out of the water! Every meat was cooked to perfection, the sauces were unique, and there were a multitude of delicious sides to choose from. The owner and chef came out to ask us how everything was and when he found out it was our first time there he took the time to tell us about his process, inspiration, and journey to making some of the best BBQ I?ve ever had! We can?t wait to return!!!!

We were in one night for the first time. It was a slow night, so we thought the food wasn't so good. Man, we were wrong! This place threw us away! Offer meat and tasteful sides! The owner is also the bomb! We'll be back!

Absolutely a hidden jewel for the city of good neighbors. The food was phenomenal and the Bourbon selection is on point. Greg the owner was very hospitable and beautiful enough to get around and chat for a while. I would highly recommend when you visit? in the area.
