Bidrage med feedbackWe order two milk shakes. The first time we ordered the machine dropped to conversation and he didn't make any attempt to finish the order. I went out and got him and he reconnected on the machine and finished the order and we paid. When we got our shakes we left and realized mine wasn't right. I ordered a hot fudge and got a chocolate with a cherry. It took over 20 min from the sec time the order was attempted until we got them. After the first attempt we set waiting a good 10min. Before I got out and went to them. No one in skates either... And someone was spraying the drive through around and between cars the entire time. Water was spraying everywhere. People in the sitting area complained. This new visit was good. The service is better every time we go. I'm not totally complaining giving feed back is all. The waitress was great! Very pleasant and jovial. Drinks were good. If I could change one thing it would be the sugar contenttoo sweet. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I haven’t had sonic food for a long time and I hav NOT missed anything. We ordered a burger that was cold and slapped togethermy sons bread and burger were cold. Seven the tots were cold. I complained at the window and all I got was sorry missnot to mention it was $20 and we even had to wait for our food. Waiting does not mean it’s fresh and hot!!! Very disappointed! I sat and waited for some to take my order. I hit the red call button but it took for me to pull away from the menu for someone to tell me they will be with me shortly. After continuously waiting again, I pulled away from the menu with the repeat of what happened the first time. Finally as I was pulling away they wanted to take my order and I told them nevermind. I shouldn’t have had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to take my order when it wasn’t even busy. Service: 1
First time eating at Sonic Drive-In, and I must say that I was disappointed with the service provided by the manager, Ray. There was a lack of organization, and the wait time was longer than expected. It would be great if the Ray could work on his costumer service and treat people with kindness. Improving customer service to create a better dining experience for everyone. Kayla was friendly and helpful too bad I can’t say the same about Ray. Do Better Ray. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
