Francesco's Italiano - Williamsburg

The waitress that tried to help me with my take out order was rude and had an attitude. They have a sign up stating that they are understaffed but they will not tolerate rude and unruly customers. I'm guessing the attitude that I received is why people get rude, plus the long waits. My online order only logged my initials and not my name. Instead of thinking it through and discussing it with me, she acted irritated. Since I paid by credit card, I had no reason to believe my name wasn't on my order. Husband and son said the food was ok. Mine was not good. The bacon was too raw for me to stomach. The long wait was unacceptable. We will never go back. There are too many good Italian restaurants in town to deal with this one again.

I called in to order was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then was hung up on. I went ahead and placed an order online. This review is for the customer service so far if the food is delicious I will change the rating. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100

Down to earth Italian eatery with excellent food and very reasonable prices. Our server was friendly and helpful. His recommendations were on point. Great family atmosphere and very friendly service. Took my family there after a day out at Colonial Williamsburg so we weren't exactly in prime condition when we walked in. Just a great all around place to take the family. Parking: It's a strip mall but there was plenty of space to pull up. Kid-friendliness: 3 kids did well with the menu and the portions.

Food and service are really good. We always enjoyed dining in here. It's a great intimate atmosphere and experience every single time. Their pink sauce and garlic bread are to die for so delicious. Recently, we made plans to go to Francescos on a Monday. Google maps showed that they're open. Fortunately, I called them to verify; beware that they are CLOSED on Monday.
