Gold Taste - Williamsburg

Because of the pandemic I had to get out and it was soouu good! I appreciate that they took care of remembering me right away because it was fresh and hot. I've got tonkatsu wheels and tempoura scars. the best tempura garnel (and sauce) I had ever! the swarm in the ramen was tender and the ramenbreast was perfect. it is hard to find a Japanese food spot that meets all brands. thanks for eating! comes back in a definitiw.

Tuna is so fresh! I also love the vinegar in nigiri!

The woman running the place was nice and courteous. We loved the food. My daughter got the rainbow roll and we also ordered the Gold Taste Poki Salad (we thought this would come out as a roll since it is listed under specialty rolls), beef udon, nabeyaki udon, and seaweed salads. Cons: We waited a long time for the poki salad, and the Nabeyaki udon tasted too fishy. It is a little over priced in my opinion for the amount you get, but once again, the taste was overall good.

This restaurant is a charming little spot with a lovely staff and outstanding food. They offer an extensive menu that caters to all dietary needs, which was perfect for me as a vegan who enjoys a hearty veggie roll. It appears to be a small family-run business. The restaurant itself is quite picturesque, and even after I accidentally broke a cup, the waitress was incredibly friendly and didn't seem bothered at all. I would love to return because the experience was truly wonderful, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
