Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Wichita

I had a disappointing experience due to the poor customer service. The manager was rude and unhelpful, especially considering that my 80-year-old mother needed assistance. However, the young lady at the counter was lovely and very apologetic.

We initially ordered a family meal that came with two sides, and we chose mac and cheese as one of them. Unfortunately, they didn’t inform us that there would be an additional charge for it. When we inquired about it, the manager, Bretagne, reacted very defensively and claimed that they charge for "speck and cheese," which was never mentioned before. She was completely rude during the conversation, and things escalated to the point where we felt we had to confront her. We definitely won’t be returning!

The experience was quite long and busy. I ordered chicken strips, Cajun rice, and mashed potatoes. The food was decent, but the Cajun rice was a bit chewy and could have been fresher.

The drive thru was busy, and I’m sure how short workers like any other restaurant in the city, but I made a special trip-over lunch in the traffic to a spicy huh sandwich they said there was an additional 4 minutes to cook it-ok ride thru was long, so I thought it would be ready when I came to the window and it was great but the girl eating was great. when I had to work, it was such a disappointment to see the tendernesses and kartomas instead of a sandwich and red beans and rice. (:and the windows of the place are dirty, which disturbs me.

Ordered two meals. Had to wait over 20 minutes and still did not get the order correct. Missing chicken, apple pies. And female at the drive up was rude and and uncooperative. No refund givenfor missing food
