Baskin-robbins - Wichita

Just called this Baskin Robbins to order a cake and the guy told me that they don 't do custom orders, and that there 'are 40 cakes here that you can choose from '. Um... OK. He sounded annoyed that I called. The website has a long list of cakes they make but apparently NOT the one in Wichita, KS.

The guy who runs this store is an absolute sweetheart and made my day! Would happily come back to this location! Good ice cream, great service!

Jaidan rush us while ordering and was being very rude and disrespectful. Slammed the window shut in my face.

How do they sell anything, every time I've gone there when they're supposed to be open they've always been closed,

This place is never open when it is suppose to be. They do not know how to make a milkshake, it is more like drinking milk with scoops of ice cream in it. Will not be going back here from this point forward.
