Starbucks - Wichita East

Always disappointed when they close early. It was bad enough when they had hand written signs changing the hours last minute but to have lights on, cars in line and an automated message stating closed. The Dutch bros next door will continue to capitalize on the poor service from this location.

I just waited in the drive through for at least a half hour. Left with my coffee and couldn’t figure out why something kept smelling like rotten food. It was the coffee location has been slipping for a while, but I have never in my life had coffee like smells like rotten food!

So I woke up this morning and decided I finally wanted to try the famous pumpkin spice latte, well guys, never again! This tiny drink in my hand was an ungodly 5.85!!!! And it didn't even taste like pumpkin OR spice. And it was missing ANY foam and the whipped cream that was supposed to be included. And I also had to wait in the drive through for fifteen minutes even though it was 2:30, and I ordered through my app. Which btw never has any offers, deals, or discounts. I mean, it's a Starbucks. Fairly typical. Decent drinks if you're into that kinda thing. Seems to sorta be a homeless person hangout.

I’ve showed up to this location several times (more than 5) just to be informed they’re out of what I ordered on their app. To make matters worse, they try to make something else and give that to me. I recommend ensuring your app is reflective of what you physically have in stock!!!
