Mcdonald's - Whitehall

The young man at the register was very polite and friendly. However, there was someone mopping the floor at 9:30 AM who wasn’t very pleasant, and the mop had a strong odor, suggesting it needed to be cleaned. The food itself was average, just typical McDonald's fare.

The manager falsely accused my son of stealing a cup that he had simply requested over the counter and even called the police on a minor. They never bothered to gather any evidence beforehand! The cameras capture everything! I am extremely disappointed!

It took 20 minutes to receive our food. We paid more than usual, but the service declined.

The prices are absolutely ridiculous for what you get, and the service is slow. Obviously, it's a McDonald's. It is food. If you specifically want McDonald's, go right ahead, but I'm positive there are better places around.
