Wendy's - Whitchurch-Stouffville

Visited this location on 01/27/24 just before 9pm. Their Dave's double combo is decent and tasteful. The place doesn't close until midnight. While dining in, however, a staff keeps cleaning the floor with a strong, pungent chemical odour that you can inhale while eating. The staff doing this is inconsiderate and uneducated. Proper training should be provided. Chick-Fil-a has the best staff in the fast food industry.

My food was super soggy, I asked for ketchup in the bag, there wasn't any, the guy wasn't the friendliest.....I probably won't go back.

This location consistently lacks cleanliness with tiny annoying flies everywhere. Most of the times, the staffs are inattentive, rude, impolite and giving you attitudes. We’ve encountered multiple unpleasant incidents here, yet this time I feel compelled to speak up and report the issue:We ordered 2 kid's meals with 2% milk as their beverage choices. However, towards the end of our meal, when I decided to consume the remaining half carton of milk intended for my 2-year-old, I discovered it was spoiled—exhibiting an extremely bitter taste, along with chunky lumpy texture. The milk had clearly gone bad, despite not reaching its expiration date of Jan 18, 2024. This suggests potential issues in the staff's handling procedures.As a restaurant, it is 100% unacceptable to serve customers with incompetence quality of food, let alone spoiled milk. We are extremely furious, in total shock and disgust from this experience!!!

Foods never fresh just got a burger like 430 5pm was dried out and no grease there scanning machine rarely works so you can't collect any points most of the time there fountain drink wasn't working when I went in this wendys needs better management and should care more bout the restaurant and making people more satisfied with fresh food and that is not the case.

I wish I could give negative stars for service. I went through the drive thru and the lady taking my order instantly had an attitude with me. Ontop of the bad service I repeated more than 3 times that on my JBC I wanted it only cheese, bacon, and the patty. I get home and they have SMOTHERED this burger in sauce so much that I can see it through the packaging. Ordered an iced tea and I’m not sure what they gave me because this is NOT iced tea. Idk what’s the point of putting through an order if they’re just going to give you whatever they feel like. Tried to call but apparently no one picks up the phone. Waste of my time and money.
