Sobol - Westhampton Beach

Place is by far the best açaí spot on the island friendly staff who takes all orders seriously and gets all the food out fast love this place and will be back here again soon!

Whenever I come here the fruit is not always fresh, my orders are missing items, and the customer service is not that great.

Made it known multiple times that my boyfriend was allergic to bananas. They clearly did not take the proper precautions because he was so sick for the rest of the day. I don’t want to be that person but this outcome could have been really bad for someone else and is something that needs to be taken seriously. Mistakes happen, but meeting the people that work here… These kids need to be held to higher standards or stop hiring kids.

Great tasting shakes. But pretty basic ingredients without adding more..which they will charge you for. On top of that your cheapest shake(a small) is gonna run you about $8?? That’s way too much for bannana strawberries and some açaí mixed together. Other than the overpriced menu I like the place.

The staff at this restaurant doesn't even bother to greet guests or ask for their orders. They seem to hire inexperienced 16-year-olds who lack knowledge about customer service.
