Giorgio's Baiting Hollow

Service was nice. Food was good. Was a nice venue for my neices wedding. Would recommend.

Venue: Giorgios A I would 1000% recommend Giorgios to any couple! My husband and I visited over 7 venues and IMMEDIATELY when we walked into Giorgios we said “This IS IT ' ' with the biggest smile on our faces. After touring the venue we were just so amazed and loved the venue itself. Giorgios is a beautiful place, the staff is amazing, food is incredible there is not one negative thing I can say.ALL of the staff were absolutely amazing and made our day perfect. Specifically, I wanted to shout out Brianna, the bridal attendant. She is truly one of a kind. Before I could ask a question, she already knew what I needed and wanted. I did not have to worry about anything. The Matri D Toni and the whole Giorgios staff made our day run so smoothly. From getting ready with the girls leaving on the shuttle to the end of the night. We did not want it to end!. This day was perfect, more than we could imagine!Our family and friends continue to talk about how amazing the venue was. They RAVE about the food from cocktail hour to the full course meals and could not believe how much food was offered!! My husband and some family members are Gluten Free. There was a whole menu with Gluten Free options that everyone loved. The staff were so attentive to detail, friendly and truly cared about making our day special. Just attended a wedding here, and the service was excellent, very attentive servers. The venue is beautiful. The food was better than expected for typical catered affair. The best part is that it is not a wedding factory, just one wedding at a time, which makes it feel special.

I've heard a lot of great things about Giorgios, but I had never been. At first site, I thought the grounds decor were beautiful. Most of the staff was nice, courteous accommodating.The cocktail hour was good, not great, but good. To my surprise, there were not a lot of selections and long lines. Round tables handle crowds better since more people can get to items easier faster. Some items were not replenished and were empty, and there certainly were not enough tables for guests to sit at. The seafood was Amazing!! However, I prefer not to have to crack shells for lobster or crab. Especially when they're on tiny plates, you're all dressed up with not much room to sit eat. It's not ideal. They should have been shelled.The appetizer at dinner was delicious but disappointingly cold. My main course (homemade pasta) was very salty, the cheese was not melted enough, and the sauce was bland. Very dissapointing.It seemed all very rushed from salad to dessert. Wasn't terrible, but I definitely have been to better venues (especially food wise). Sorry to say I was not impressed.

The venue, the view, the decor all are amazing, cocktail hour was great, drinks are good and the staff are warm and inviting....But the food leaves something to be desired. The filet mignon came out as the wrong temperature and the sides on the dish were extremely disappointing. For as expensive a venue it is it was a dissatisfying experience when it came to the cuisine.
