Delheim Wine Estate - Western Cape

Staying nearby we decided to try SALT the restaurant hosted within the beautiful setting of Waterford Estate. We were warmly greeted at the entrance and shown to our table. Before ordering food we treated ourselves to a bottle of Blanc de Blancs 2015 MCC (one will definitely be on our Christmas table). Simply stunning and beautiful experience Service sterling

Highly recommend to do the wine safari to visit their cellar and to have a taste of their delicious wine with some bites in the hart of their vineyard.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Watford!! We did the “porcupine walk” and were greeted by Rowan who has stellar customer service. Our tour was guided by Brett who we can’t say enough good things about!! He was super informative and very personable. The wine tastings were delicious and generous. Highly recommend!!!! Thank you Brett for a great afternoon.

Highly recommended wine estate, definitely the best one we tried in Stellenbosch and Franschhoek (10 in total). Ask for Sean as a waiter — he made our visit very special!
