Potchke - West Knoxville

I went to Potchke Deli today for the first time. I'd been meaning to try it for a couple of years because I heard that it's great. I had the lox bialy sandwich and chips with a chocolate babka to go. The sandwich was very tasty, and I enjoyed the atmosphere during a fairly large lunch rush.

Haven't had a bad meal, Everything is delicious! Atmosphere is fantastic, everyone who works there is very nice.

Highly recommend Potchke for the variety, freshness, and flavor of its food, as well as their welcoming warm environment and staff. We ordered the farmer’s frittata sandwich, the turkey melt (gluten free! , the chocolate babka and a strawberry soda. The mains were flavorful and fresh I’ll be back just for the yummy bialy! The babka was the best I’ve had out of NYC by far. Fixes that craving for Breads Bakery babka in a way I never would’ve expected in the south. Can’t wait to come back and try the other flavors they had 4 different types of babka and it seems like they rotate flavors. And the strawberry soda was perfect: not too sweet, flavor wasn’t artificial at all. We’ll be back! PS love the art displayed on the walls :

One of the best places in Knoxville. I liked how they decorated the place. lots of flowers and greenery. water in glass bottles, great coffee! Cheese blintz great, will definitely come back to eat more. I didn't like the borscht, it had a lot of vinegar in it and it was sour.

Go to place for brunch. Best food and atmosphere. Great vegetarian options too.
