J.c. Holdway - Knoxville

Phenomenal experience at JC holdway! I cannot say enough about the exceptional service. Our waiter (Davin I think is his name) walked us through the menu with special tips and descriptions. He was spot on with everything. My favorite things were the egg in a bowl gnocchi and the bolognese. Everything came as a perfect bite when you put every single ingredient together. Fantastic wine selection available. The whole experience is worth the price. Highly recommend. I’ll be back!

Not a store one would think you would find in Maryville. A very unique store!!

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, with every dish perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and efficient without being intrusive. The ambience was pleasant, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Overall, it was a delightful outing that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable meal.

For the price you expect a near perfect experience but there were some things I didn’t like The lighting was too dark for my taste, the chicken dry, over salted, the caviar seemed dry, and the server essentially stole a glass of wine from me when he got cork in my glass so the value is not great but definitely in the top 20 restaurants of Knoxville.
