Noodles And Company - West Knoxville

MOVING TO A NEW LOCATION. I went here last week and they were closed down. Moving to a new location near Wal-Mart but not sure when they reopen.

I 'm not a huge fan of this chain. I 'm sure I 'm a little biased simply because I really life Thai/Vietnamese/Asian style dishes, and I don 't really go for noodles as a favorite dish. But, unfortunately the food, for the cost, is just not worth it. The dishes taste bland (it 's mostly noodle worth some hint of flavor) and I could have better flavor and more food for cheaper and a unique experience at any other place.

The food was better than I expected. I don't like food that's too spicy but they had options for that. I was pleasantly surprised.

We must’ve came on a bad day because the service was terrible and the food was not that great. The servers were cursing at us and the lady at the front counter was drinking a drink while taking our order? Very unprofessional...

One of my favorite places for a quick dinner. If you want a cheaper (but still quality! pasta option definitely give Noodles and Co. a try. Also, they have a freestyle coke fountain, so that's always a plus. The dinner options span a broad range, from simple buttered noodles to asian inspired dishes. I have only tried the more Americana/Italian offerings and would strongly recommend the buffalo chicken mac n cheese.
