Bidrage med feedbackI recently visited this restaurant and was looking forward to the $4.99 deal. I hadn't been there since the pandemic. However, I was disappointed by the quality of the food I received. The waffle fries I ordered were dry and tasted like cardboard, with only two small fries in a bag the size of a baby food jar. The coke I ordered was not filled to the top and was flat. Additionally, there were no napkins provided. I was not happy with my experience, so I asked for a refund. The manager gave me a refund, but not without giving me excuses and implying that I shouldn't be complaining. I was a loyal customer for many years and never experienced this before, the manager said. There was no apology for the flat coke or any of my other concerns. Instead, they tried to make me feel guilty for complaining. This gaslighting tactic was unacceptable to me. I will also be checking my bank statement to ensure I received the refund. It is disappointing to see that the principles of customer service and equality have been disregarded in this way.
I visited the drive-thru at this restaurant and was asked to pull over to the side to wait for my order. After 30 minutes, I decided to go inside to check on my order. The employee told me they were just about to bring it out to me. Two double cheeseburgers and one order of fries without salt should not take 30 minutes to prepare. I would not recommend going to the Krystal on N. Broadway in Knoxville, Tennessee.
